The difference between RTT and traditional hypnosis is the regression and transformation work done. In this type of hypnotherapy we dig deep to the root of the issue to dissolve the limiting belief and reinstall with a new one. Even beliefs from before the age of 12 are able to be changed through hypnotic surrender.
RTT Hypnosis
We offer general hypnosis sessions for those trying hypnosis for the first time and wanting to undertand the process, or looking for a general session such as general anxiety, weight loss, and confidence.
We offer customized hypnosis products for those who want a session tailored to them. The more your therapist knows about you, the better and deeper the session imprints new belief pathways.
We offer 90 min sessions that dig deep into your unique circumstances to find the exact triggers to be released and reset, then transform negative past beliefs into a new self-affirming mindset.
After achieving my pharmacy doctorate in 2004, and managing a 700 script a day pharmacy for nearly a decade, I’ve stepped down from full time pharmacy to obtain other educational certificates in hopes of finding more then just medicine to help people heal. Years in the pharmacy profession have shown me the enormous need for more mental health education, and lack of resources for the average patient to learn how to help themselves heal using more than just pills and potions.
I spent 10 years studying essential oils, mindfulness, meditation, attending programs and reading books on mental health. After a messy divorce from domestic violence I still hadn’t felt like I found all the things needed to help my own depression and anxiety, until I found RTT hypnotherapy. I attended the classes, was a subject then a student and was amazed. Using hypnosis with the techniques and tricks learned from years of study, I have found the fountain of youth (for mental health)!
I graduated in 2022 with my certification in RTT hypnotherapy and have had nothing but amazing results. I love being able to change peoples lives and help them change their mindset, their mental health and see the changes from physical and emotional healing.
My hearts purpose is to help women heal after divorce and help them navigate the divorce drama that breaks down healthy women and often leads to anxiety and depression. Hearts can be healed ❤️🩹

Session Tips

Essential oils are a great way to enhance your hypnosis experience. Oils work on the lymbic system, and scent memory is one of the strongest ways to anchor feelings and beliefs. Simply diffuse or inhale the scent right before, during or after listening to your audio then use that oils throughout the day to remind your brain of your new beliefs. My favs: Peace&Calming, Lavender

Focus on your breathing. During your session you will begin to relax, as you do focus on taking long, deep, cleansing breaths. Focusing on the visualization and your breath will allow you to complete relax into the session.

Set the mood. Enjoying your session means giving yourself a few minutes of pure relaxing bliss. Find a comfortable chair, couch or bed. Lower the lights, cut out all noises and distractions by playing your audio via earbuds or headphones to block outside noise.

Don’t give up. Everyone is different. Some people feel instant results from a session, while others must listen to it for 21-30 days before their brain begins to develop new belief pathways . The subconscious mind is fascinating, and although everyone’s different we are all able to achieve the same results.

After listening to a pre-recorded hypnosis audio you may see the value in guided meditation but not see the full results you want.
Hypnosis audios are great, but a full 90 min personalized session is often needed to break up limiting beliefs, find the root of negative self talk and break down the barriers to the life your meant to live.
